Only when your browser accepts cookies, you can enjoy all the options offered by the ARRI Webgate. To ensure that your browser accepts cookies, proceed as follows:

  • Log in again. If you are prompted by your browser to accept cookies, please click on "Accept" or "Continue".
  • Find out, how you can change the settings of your browser to accept cookies.
  • Delete old cookies and your browsers' cache.
  • Check if the clock and calendar settings are correct and are set to the current time.

If you successfully enabled cookies and still get message that they are disabled, try to open a new window and close other tabs and windows.
